High Strength & Lightweight for Optimized Cost and Handling：
Employs high-strength, low-stretch industrial polyester yarns (e.g., 1000D, 1500D) and a high-strength, low-weight weaving technique. Available in various weights (650gsm, 900gsm, 1100gsm) to achieve the optimal strength-to-weight ratio.
Absolute Waterproofing & Biological Protection：
Features a 100% waterproof coating with a high Hydrostatic Head (HH) rating. Options include anti-wicking treatment or anti-mold/anti-bacterial additives to effectively inhibit mold and algae growth, making it especially suitable for rainy and humid regions.
Excellent Processing Adaptability:
A specially formulated coating ensures strong high-frequency heat sealing and superior seam tightness. The dense substrate prevents fraying during cutting. A backside scrim coating process is available to effectively seal sewing needle holes.
Safety & Environmental Compliance:
We offer flame-retardant product series compliant with standards such as DIN 4102 B1 and EN 13501. Environmentally friendly formulations are available to meet international directives like RoHS.
Poor Ink Adhesion:
We offer a custom-developed “Printing Enhancement Layer” for high-demand printing applications. This specialized top coat features a porous microstructure that physically “anchors” the ink, ensuring a superior bond through both mechanical interlock and chemical adhesion.
