What is PVC Film?

PVC film (also known as plastic film or vinyl film) is a thin, flexible plastic sheet or roll material. It is primarily composed of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) resin powder as the main raw material. By adding various additives, different properties are achieved (such as softness, transparency, color, weather resistance, processability, etc.). It is then manufactured via a specific calendering process.

 Its thickness typically ranges from 0.05mm to 0.5mm, and can be even thinner. The film primarily exhibits a flexible appearance and is available with transparent, colored, translucent, opaque, matte, or glossy surface finishes.
